Food is at the very heart of Dunstane Hotels.
We take our lead from our own Orcadian background to bring a taste of Orkney to Edinburgh. Our Head Chef sources the best of Orkney's seafood, fish and meat to complement the freshest Scottish produce. You can choose to sample the fruits of his labours in the elegant surroundings of Skerries Restaurant or over a more informal meal and a dram in our Stane Bar.
